Exchange Policy
Ring exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and has not been altered or damaged.

Please note the following:
• Exchanges are subject to size and design availability.
• If the desired size is not available in the same design, you may:
• Select an alternative design of equal value, or
• Request a custom remake or pre-order of the same design.

Custom remakes or pre-orders will require an additional production timeframe, which will be communicated before proceeding.

For exchange requests or further clarification, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order pieces are specially produced for each customer and are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges on custom items may be considered only for size adjustments, subject to assessment.
